Ingredients:
- 1 cup cabbage -21 calories
- 0.5 cup carrots – 26 calories
- 0.5 tbsp onions – 2 calories
- 1/8 Cup Flaked smoked/canned fish – 38 calories (OPTIONAL)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Using about a tbsp of water, steam cabbage and carrots on medium heat for about 5 minutes to soften it a little.
- Add onions and fish to the cabbage and carrots, add salt and pepper; and let sit on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Enjoy.
