- Diced bell peppers | 1 cup
- Corn | 1 cup
- Diced red onions | 1 cup
- Diced carrots | 1 cup
- Olive oil | 1 tsp
- Black pepper | 1 tsp
- Salt | .25 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Start with pan on medium heat and pour in
olive oil. - Add onions, then bell peppers, then carrots,
and lastly, corn. Stir between each addition. - Add salt and peppers to taste.
- Keep stirring until your preferred texture.
