Steamed Diced Veggies

INGREDIENTS

  • Diced bell peppers | 1 cup
  • Corn | 1 cup
  • Diced red onions | 1 cup
  • Diced carrots | 1 cup
  • Olive oil | 1 tsp
  • Black pepper | 1 tsp
  • Salt | .25 tsp

DIRECTIONS

  1. Start with pan on medium heat and pour in
    olive oil.
  2. Add onions, then bell peppers, then carrots,
    and lastly, corn. Stir between each addition.
  3. Add salt and peppers to taste.
  4. Keep stirring until your preferred texture.
