Ingredients:
- 2 slices wheat bread – 150 calories
- 1 medium-sized egg – 70 calories
- 30g tomatoes – 5 calories
- 8g onions – 3 calories
- 19g lettuces – 3 calories
- Cooking spray – 0 calories
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Use oven or air fryer to make bread slices crunchy (if you like)
- Spray cooking spray in pan on medium heat and break egg into pan.
- Add salt and pepper (to your preference).
- Let it sit for 1 minute, then flip and let sit again for 1 minute.
- Bring out bread from air fryer and arrange veggies and egg in between bread slices to make a sandwich.
