- Chopped spinach (4.5 cups) – 135 calories
- Flaked smoked mackerel Fish (94g) – 188 calories

- Crayfish (6.5g or 2tbsp) – 5 calories

Instructions:
- Blend onion, bell peppers and habanero together and pour in pot; place on medium heat; leave for 10 minutes or until water reduces significantly.
- Add chicken bouillon, salt, crayfish, shrimp, pomo; then add spinach.
- Cover and leave for 3-5 minutes on low heat.
- Mix together for 2 minutes.
