Ingredients:

Recipe serves 3

  • Chopped spinach (4.5 cups) – 135 calories
  • Flaked smoked mackerel Fish (94g) – 188 calories
  • Pomo (smoked cow skin – boiled and diced) (73g) – 68 calories
  • Shrimp (air-fried) (61g) – 94 calories
  • Crayfish (6.5g or 2tbsp) – 5 calories
  • 1 medium Onion – 46 calories
  • 1.5 Bell peppers – 46 calories
  • 1 habanero – 18 calories
  • Chicken bouillon (1 tsp) – 5 calories
  • Salt to taste – 0 calories

Instructions:
  1. Blend onion, bell peppers and habanero together and pour in pot; place on medium heat; leave for 10 minutes or until water reduces significantly.
  2. Add chicken bouillon, salt, crayfish, shrimp, pomo; then add spinach.
  3. Cover and leave for 3-5 minutes on low heat.
  4. Mix together for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve & Enjoy.
